Any thoughts or ideas?

Ok first off for reference, I have a two and a half year old daughter. A year and a month after I had her I got an iud put in (march 2010). And after painful cramping, heavy periods, uncontrollable mood swings, and 30 extra lbs later I decided the iud was not for me. So I got it removed this past mid May 2011. After it was removed I had heavy bleeding for about 4 days and then it stopped. I felt like a totally different person after it was removed. I had a period that lasted about five days at the most starting on June 9th. I have been sexually active since then, and have not been very protective. Please no negative comments, because pregnancy is not going to be an issue for us. But for the past week my breasts have been very swollen and painfully tender. And as I have said I've been pregnant before and know it is too soon to tell, but I really don't think it is, because I never had this problem before. Im wondering if it's just a side affect from getting the iud removed? I don't think it could be growth, I hope it's not anyways. I'm already a size 36D and I'm 21. Im going to the dr in two weeks for a year exam so I'll ask then, I just thought I'd get some ideas until then. Thanks guys!
