Ordered 2 concert tickets. Read Desc.?

I ordered 2 concert tickets in January and them two where delivered a while ago. I ordered 2 more and they put in them two concert tickets along with 2 more, but the style of these ones are different to the first ones delivered. So i'm wondering are they 2 spare or just duplicates of the other 2?
