Could I still be pregnant?

I had sex back in April with out protection. I took 3 home pregnancy test they all came out negative. I started my period, it was bad lots of pain (10x more then normal) and heavy bleeding. I went to the Dr and they said it was most likely a miscarriage but never tested me to see if I was pregnant or miscarrying. Now it's almost July and I have symptoms of being pregnant. Although I have had my period for the month of June (in May was my bad period an I was told I miscarried) My period for the month of June was light but heaver then spotting, and it was kinda light colored. I am nauseous (but not throwing up), my boobs got bigger, nipples are darker (but they don't hurt) I have been more moody and tired, I have been a little dizzy on an off with a few minor headache, and frequent heartburn (which I rarely experience). Could I still be pregnant? I am thinking I could of been pregnant with twins but lost 1 of them. I just don't know please help!!
