How do you entertain a 4 year old, 3 year old, a 9 year old, and a 6 year old all at the same time?

I am babysitting my little cousins all week with my cousin and we need indoor games because we cant drive. The house is a raised ranch, and the three year old needs a nap. So indoor games a few have to be quiet possibly silent.
