Good Kawasaki Mule for a ranch?

Well i live on a ranch and i was wondering which kawasaki mule would fit my needs. I need something that i can take the food from the gate up to the house, to ride around and for transport around the ranch, i am willing to spend about $11,000 so if you know where to get one in a store in northeast texas that would be great, thanks for anything.
