Weird stomach issues along w/ other stuff?

recently iv had stomach pains and my stomach feels really warm to the touch. iv also been dealing with a lot of headaches mostly at night, and i urinate much more than i normally would. I'm on birth control so i highly doubt i'm pregnant, but my fiancee thinks it's because iv eaten grapes recently. not many though so idk if that's really what's causing it or not. it's got me a little worried because we're at his grandparent's and i can't go to the dr. any ideas?
