Are these symptoms of baby acid reflux?

My 2 week old baby boy has been having problems sleeping for about a week now he has started spitting up about 2 days ago and acts likes his in pain alot he crunches up like his belly hurts and he get the hiccups like 6 times a day almost after every feeding i explained all this to his dr and he says it sounds like colic but i dont think he is right because he doesnt cry all the time he barelly ever cries
