Anoying body twitches, PLEASE HELP!!! I NEED ADVISE!!!!!!!!! ITS SHORT!!!!?

I am 19. Ive noticed that my body twitches alot.. My eyeballs, head, shoulders, and legs. I am on 40mg Celexa for anxiety/depression. I dont know if celexa could be causing this. I am thinking about asking a dr, but I thought I would ask you first. Do you know what could be going on. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
