HELP! WITH PAYPAL CLAIM (10 POINTS)?
it depends on the content of the listing, i.e. was it actually misleading/incorrect information or did you just not read it properly and it was as described. Now that you've filed a dispute ebay and paypal will review the case and make a decision is the listing was misleading, also if others have fallen for the same scam then they will take other similar disputes / negative feedback into account. More importantly it is against the consumer rights act 1984 to supply something that is either a. not as described, b. totally misleading or c. not fit for the purpose to which it was bought. Sounds like a common scam to me, hopefully you get your money back
