I just start feeling breast pain whats cause from?

I need your opinion before I go ahead to see dr but Im kind of scare ... I don't want to know either Preggy or cancer its hard to know. Can you tel me that breast pain could be by Preggy or menopause? Im not sure about this. I need your opinion. thanks
