I have been trying to loose some pounds and trying to eat healtheir, Before I would just eat french fries with lots of ranch dressing. But this time I baked a potato and put Salsa, Jalapinos and low fat cheese and some more tomatos becacuse I like them. We also had breaded baked fish, which I know the breading isn't great but I only had one serving wich was 210 calories for the fish. Was this a good dinner for someone trying to loose weight, considering I would have ate twice that amount if I wasn't dieting.
