Mirena,period,and pregnancy ?

OK so had mirena in for 6months and was having weird symptoms that seemed like pregnancy symptoms but my Dr and myself chalked it up to hormones from iud. Had it taken out the 23, "period" started 24 and ended 26th but I have been having continued symptoms but have now added puking. Period was heavy and a day of small clots.I'd there any chance that I could be pregnant?
