What can I do to get a summer job?

Hey there, so I just turned 14 in March, and I really need a summer job. I currently go to clean houses with my mom, but its only $30 a week lol. I need a better job, but people can barley find jobs now adays, little along someone under 16! Is there a job out there I could do at my age? I love animals.. so I was thinking like help take care of animals at a vets, maybe something with horses on a ranch or something.. know anything? Any ideas that I can do will be greatly appricated! :)
