What song is this, tango-ish vibe, more in desc.?

Okay it was popular on the radio I'd say around the year 2004 or 2005. It was like a tango-ish song, a man sang it, and the only words that I can remember for sure are "I wanna be with you." It made me envision like a romantic night under the stars with a guy I'd liked for a couple of years (I was like 7 or 8 XD). Can anyone PLEASE help me find out what song this is?
