Can I get fired for calling in sick? only 2nd week working.?

i just started my new job last week and im throwing up so much i can't stand up. i'm pregnant (20 weeks) so my dr wants me to come in right away. Can I get fired for calling out during my 90day probation period if I present a dr note and called in sick?
